spontaneously  –  /spɒnˈteɪ.ni.əs.li/ –  in a way that is natural, often sudden, and not planned or forced;

usually / juː.ʒu.ə.li /   in the way that most often happens:
He usually gets home about six o’clock.
I usually just have a sandwich for lunch.
